JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Revenue Program Administrator I – SES position in the General Tax Administration Program, Business Technology Office, Return and Revenue Processing Unit. This unit is responsible for supporting the Department's File and Pay websites, Refund websites, Imaging System, OnBase, and some SAP batch processes. The incumbent is responsible for planning, coordinating, overseeing, delivering, conducting quality assurance, training, and scheduling work assignments related to projects, activities, and support of information systems.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • Five years of experience working with taxes administered by the General Tax Administration Program. *
  • Two years of experience as a lead worker or supervisor.
  • One year experience as a business analyst working on projects.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university may substitute on a year for year basis for the required experience working with taxes administered by the General Tax Administration Program.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This position is located in Tallahassee, FL.
  • This position may be eligible for part-time telework upon supervisor approval.

SALARY: Anticipated salary is $82,000.00 / annually.
