Annual Salary Range:

$34,255.00  - $44,330.00    

 

Your Specific Responsibilities:

Serves as primary person to answer all incoming calls and correspondence for the Transportation Disadvantage (TD) Helpline/Ombudsman Program. Updates and maintains the database for the Ombudsman and Florida Toll Permit Programs. Generates reports from the database, as required. Processes all report requests on the Toll Permit Program in accordance with approved procedures.

 

Assists Quality Assurance Program team members with travel arrangements, including processing travel reimbursements. Assists team members with contract management filing, as needed. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and project deliverables. Assist with the preparation of meeting arrangements, materials and minutes.

 

Prepares and/or provides timely response to public inquiring related to Transportation Disadvantages issues. Provides assistance and information on TD programs, as requested. Assists in the development of public information documents. Assists with the organizing and planning TD events.

 

Receives and processes office correspondence. Maintains office files, copies documents. Greets and directs office visitors.

 

The Successful Candidate will have the following required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

Knowledge of:

  • Knowledge of the Transportation Disadvantage program; Knowledge of operating a multi-line phone systems; Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and Internet usage

Ability to:

  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing; Ability to use publishing type computer software, for example Adobe Creative Suites/Indesign; Ability to operate general office equipment; Ability to answer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner; Ability to deal with internal and external customers in a courteous manner; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with others; Ablility to reamin calm and effective under pressure; Abililty to organize and maintain files.

 

Other Job-Related Requirements:

  • Class E Valid driver's license; ability to travel statewide

 

Working hours:  Daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
