This is a full-time, in-office position
Your Specific Responsibilities:
This is an administrative coordination position within the Patient Care & Treatment Access Program unit of the HIV/AIDS Section, Division of Disease Control and Health Protection. This position will assist with coordination of routine telephone, email inquiries, and the completion of program enrollment to assist the program’s help desk line. The incumbent assists clients with completing customer satisfaction surveys and manages minutes and scheduling for programmatic calls. The incumbent functions under the supervision of the Development, Implementation & 340B Compliance Manager.
Primary lead in scheduling unit and program meetings that require the attendance of key staff members. This includes the verification of availability and follow-up minutes. Manages electronic fax machine and ensures that incoming faxes are checked.
Serve as the primary contact for the program’s help desk line and ensures that calls are directed to the appropriate contract, or programmatic staff members. Provides data entry and client enrollment support for online enrollments that are submitted to the program. Provides verification of enrollment to client and field staff that assist with coordinating services for clients.
Takes note of calls that have been received that need to be transferred or relayed to other programmatic staff. Assists with organizing materials for Patient Care & Treatment Access Program monthly and quarterly calls. Completes clerical assistance and support with special projects as directed.
Participates in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, rules and standards required to effectively manage the AIDS Drug Assistance Program. Conducts research and advises the Development, Implementation & 340B Compliance Manager and Patient Care & Treatment Access Program Director as necessary.
Provides additional duties as directed.
