SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to improve development efforts.
- Participate in disaster recovery for enterprise data environments.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data resources and the information derived from them.
- Develop and maintain the enterprise data model, data dictionary, and data warehouse.
- Collaborate with programming staff to ensure new data elements meet standards and support innovative technology solutions for cost savings and efficiency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of five (5) years of IBM’s mainframe-based DB2 administration experience, where at least 3+ years with V12 (or higher) environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of IBM mainframe-based experience working with TSO, Xpeditor and related tools.
- Five (5) or more years of MIS or Data Processing experience. Postsecondary education may substitute up to four (4) years of the required experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years working with IBM’s mainframe-based CICS environments.
- Minimum of five (5) years of SQL and T-SQL experience from version 2012 and higher (writing, testing, and executing code).
- Five (5) or more years of experience writing, testing, troubleshooting, and executing SSIS packages.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a government environment, prefer prior Dept. of Corrections experience.
- Willingness to provide after-hours on-call duties.
- Knowledgeable creating and updating ERD diagrams.
- Experience building SQL views and stored procedures.
