The Work You Will Do:
The IT Organizational Change Manager (OCM) is a member of the IT Enterprise Services Management team within the Division of Information Technology. This position is responsible for assisting with the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Organizational Change Management process, with the goal of coordinating successful changes for the Enterprise and Reemployment Assistance (RA) projects and initiatives. This would include activities such as change impact analysis, change identification, stakeholder identification, creation of communication and training plans, and assistance establishing and reporting on success metrics.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
The incumbent of this position serves as the organization change management (OCM) coordinator for the IT Enterprise Services team and assists in all relevant and associated duties, including, but not limited to:
- Overseeing the IT OCM functions and processes, including:
- Adherence to applicable standards, policies, and procedures.
- Tracking and monitoring of ongoing efforts.
- Development of new, and refinement of established, policies, procedures, practices, and methods.
- Evaluation, selection, and utilization of tools and programs to effectively track, monitor, manage, and improve practices.
- Employing a structured organizational change management methodology to facilitate change and change adoption, tailored to the Department culture.
- Identifying change agents and change advocates within the stakeholder community and providing leadership and guidance to help promote change adoption from within the community.
- Providing and promoting ongoing coaching and mentoring about change management practices to senior and executive leadership, stakeholders, and project managers to increase the effectiveness in driving change.
- Performing quantitative and qualitative assessments of change success and adoption.
- Working with the various FloridaCommerce to coordinate and execute OCM activities.
- Leading and coordinating IT and customer OCM meetings.
- Researching OCM approaches that would benefit the Department.
- Assisting in the development and refinement of IT policies, procedures, practices, and methods.
- May participate in strategic planning, budget review, Legislative Budget Request (LBR) analysis and legislative discovery for IT projects and initiatives.
- May review proposed legislation and prepare impact assessments.
- May assist in creation and updating of the IT strategic plan and the IT operational plan.
- Promoting FloridaCommerce vision with a benefit framework that links adoption of change to successful business outcomes.
Additional duties may include:
- Assisting in reporting team progress to upper management through regular status updates and maintaining all required documentation for visibility into team efforts.
- Participating in regular team meetings to assess risk, identify conflicts, barriers and issues, and facilitate the development of resolutions and action plans.
- Suggesting training opportunities for the team.
- Managing multiple tasks, activities, and/or projects to FloridaCommerce standards.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
As a condition of pre-employment eligibility, a Level 2 security background screening is required, which consists of fingerprinting and a check of local, state, and national law enforcement records.
Minimum:
- One (1) year of organizational change management, project management, business analysis, communications, or IT service management experience.
Preferred:
- An educational degree or certification in a closely related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the above experience requirements.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team.
- Demonstrated experience with Organization Change Management or Communications.
