JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Senior Management Analyst Supervisor - Computer Systems Team Manager position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Enterprise Systems Support Process (ESSP), Production Support subunit. This position directly manages a team of 6 and reports to the Production Management General Operations Manager I.

 

This role demands an effective communicator with critical thinking skills, capable of presenting information effectively to management and succeeding in a demanding environment. You'll manage and/or participate in multiple projects and produce results that support the Program’s strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include collaborating with management and technical teams to ensure deadlines and schedules are met, leading the development of operational plans, coordinating operations and maintenance activities, and developing/implementing standard operating procedures. You'll also set quality standards, implement control programs, and supervise, direct, and develop a team of professional members in providing administrative support and utilizing agency resources effectively.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • Two years of experience communicating and working with team members on multiple organizational levels including business process owners, decision makers, and internal and external partners using a variety of methods (report writing, public speaking, presentations).
  • Two years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, guiding teams to achieve objectives. This may include responsibilities such as performance management, quality control, problem resolution, and constructive feedback.
  • Two years of experience researching, analyzing, and evaluating complex issues or data to develop documents and reports that offer solutions, identify improvements, and provide recommendations.
  • Two years of experience working with the Child Support Automated Management System (CAMS).

PREFERENCES:

  • Knowledge of the SAP Customer Relationship Management component (CRM) and ERP Central Component (ECC) as used in CAMS.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This position is not telework eligible
  • Includes after hours and on-call responsibilities for CAMS production or other enterprise
  • system related concerns affecting Child Support Program business
  • The applicant selection criteria (ASC) screening tool has been administratively approved. At least the top 5 applicants who have met the minimum qualifications and accumulated the greatest number of points with the ASC scoring, will be selected for interview.

SALARY: $53,917.08 - $73,225.20.
