JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Senior Management Analyst Supervisor position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Enterprise Systems Support Process (ESSP), Production Support subunit. This position directly manages a team of 6 and reports to the Production Management General Operations Managers. The incumbent will work with management and technical teams to ensure that deadlines and schedules are met, lead the development of operational plans to direct operational focus of the work units in support of the Program’s strategic initiatives, coordinate operations and maintenance activities with department team members and develop and implement standard operating procedures for production operations and support services, set quality standards and implement control and tracking programs to ensure quality and to detect and correct problem areas. They will also supervise, direct, motivate and enable a group of professional team members to provide region wide administrative support for the operational processes within the region. Guide and assist in career development for those team members including training, education, time management initiatives, and in the effective use of agency resources.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • Two years of experience communicating and working with team members on multiple organizational levels including business process owners, decision makers, and internal and external partners using a variety of methods (report writing, public speaking, presentations).
  • Two years of experience as a supervisor managing a team where responsibilities may include hiring, establishing SMART expectations, monitoring work output and quality of work output, identifying and resolving performance issues or workplace problems, offering effective constructive and positive feedback or as a team lead who provides guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership for the purpose of achieving key objectives, responsibilities include quality control, efficiency, problem resolution, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Two years of experience researching, analyzing, and evaluating complex issues or data to create documents and reports offering alternative recommendations, solving problems, and identifying process improvements using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Two years of experience working with the Child Support Automated Management System (CAMS) Customer Relationship Management component (CRM).

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Includes after hours and on-call responsibilities for CAMS production or other enterprise system related concerns affecting CSP business.
  • The applicant selection criteria (ASC) screening tool has been administratively approved. Those applicants who have met the minimum qualifications and with the greatest points accumulated via the ASC scoring, will be selected for interview.

SALARY: $52,859.88 - $83,264.64.
