JOB SUMMARY:
This is a Senior Program Analyst position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Customer Service process, reporting to the Process Manager for Customer Service. This is a highly responsible position that will serve as team lead, manage the process operational plan, and coordinate projects and activities. Duties also include Business Process Owner activities for assigned processes by providing independent and complex consultative functions and recommending methods of implementing changes and improving the process.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Three years of experience working in the Child Support Program.
- Two years of experience communicating verbally and in writing with internal and external partners.
- Two years of experience facilitating meetings and/or work groups.
- Two years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Minimum two years’ experience leading teams, coordinating projects with deadlines.
PREFERENCES:
- Minimum two years’ experience analyzing performance measures, process functions, and operational plans.
- Minimum two years’ experience monitoring data and workflows.
- Minimum two years’ experience making recommendations for process improvements.
- Minimum two years’ experience providing guidance and direction on procedures.
- Two years’ experience teaching, instructing or coaching others.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- This position is not eligible for telework.
- An alternative screening criteria matrix will be used to determine who will be interviewed.
SALARY: $57,457.56 - $80,595.72 / annually
