JOB SUMMARY:
This is a Senior Program Analyst position in the Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program Operational Procedures and Training (OPT) process, reporting to the Intra-Departmental Program Administrator. It is a highly responsible position that will serve as Process Owner and Project Lead for Procedures and Training initiatives, coordinate project activities, act as Editor supporting the procedures and training teams’ publications and manage the process’ operational plan and reports. Duties also include providing independent and complex consultative functions, researching, and recommending methods of implementing changes and improving processes.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Two years of experience leading teams and managing projects with deadlines.
- Two years of experience researching and analyzing information and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Two years of experience communicating through a variety of methods with diverse audiences.
- Three years of experience writing technical documents, procedures, or other instructional material.*
- Three years of experience proofreading and editing or providing quality assurance of written material.
- Two years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
- *A degree in English, Linguistics, Writing, Communications or similar may substitute for the years of experience.
PREFERENCES:
- Two or more years of Child Support experience.
SPECIAL NOTES:
- This position is part-time telework eligible after training and an acceptable level of proficiency is reached.
- A work sample may be given in conjunction with the interview.

SALARY: $56,331.00 - $75,656.76
