We are seeking a System Project Consultant in MQA’s Bureau of Operations, System Support Services Unit. The ideal candidate will become a key player on our team that makes a real difference in the division. You will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance, improving communications between the users and support staff, and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the business operations.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
The incumbent in this position performs configuration duties on the Versa: Regulation, Versa: Mobile, and Appian systems, requiring strong business knowledge and technical skills. Responsible for set-up and configuration of the systems, which includes set up and maintenance of client, application, license, cash, exam, enforcement, and letter modules.
Receives configuration request tickets and completes them using Versa: Regulation and Versa: Mobile administration module and SQL. Designs configuration changes and advises on the effects they may have on processing or other workflows. Advises manager on total system impact a requested change might have including impacts to portal and call center functionality. Determines necessary steps to configure system.
Performs configuration changes based on departmental standards. Tests configuration changes. Updates documentation based on configuration change and communicates to appropriated stakeholders. Updates ticket documentation for each configuration change request. Updates training documentation after each request.
Provides assistance to Versa: Regulation and Versa: Mobile system users in the testing of configuration changes. Researches Versa: Regulation system and Versa: Mobile issues including error log and ticket monitoring and determining appropriate configuration changes to resolve issues. Provides status on all assigned work through updates in the ticket work log.
Performs peer review on internal team members’ configuration changes and SQL statements following quality assurance procedures.
Performs other work-related duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Appian Developer Certification
- Employees in this position are expected to work in a professional office environment characterized by standard lighting, temperature, and moderate noise levels. The role requires the ability to manage periodic interruptions, perform duties within a confined workspace, and remain seated at a computer workstation for extended periods.
