JOB SUMMARY:

The Information Services Program is currently seeking an Identity and Access Management Service Owner to oversee compliance management within the Department of Revenue's infrastructure. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that infrastructure systems align with the ISO/IEC 2000 Framework Standards and relevant sections of the Florida Administrative Code (Sections 17.03, 215.970(3), and 287.136). This role includes the authority to develop metrics from KPIs for reporting on service delivery and managing capacity planning as necessary.

Key responsibilities encompass leading remediation efforts, providing updates to senior management, and managing tickets and problems within the service framework. A strong foundation in change management, effective communication skills, and a deep understanding of audit processes and procedures are essential for this position.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue. 
  • Certified ISO/IEC 2000 Frameworks.
  • Experienced with Florida Statutes, administrative rules, policies, and procedures as authorized by Sections 17.03, 215.970(3), and 287.136.
  • Experienced in IRS SSR and IRS CAPS for Compliance with 1075.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

  • Certified ITIL Foundations for Certified ISO/IEC 20000

PREFERENCES:

  • Familiarity with the American with Disabilities Act.
  • Experience in Asset management.
  • Experience with FLAIR System.

SALARY: The tentative starting salary is $59,501.61 annually.
