JOB SUMMARY:

The Communications and Collaboration Service Owner is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of Communication and Collaboration services, ensuring end-to-end service delivery to meet customer needs. This role involves creating, monitoring, and reporting on operational metrics and service level agreements. The Service Owner acts as the primary point of contact during major incidents, ensuring that all communications are clear, consistent, and appropriate. Additionally, the role involves developing and enforcing operational procedures, as well as collaborating with leadership to understand and convey customer needs and the impact of related IT services. The Service Owner also represents the service in meetings, assessments, audits, and other relevant discussions related to the service lifecycle.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

  • Experience in IT Service management.
  • Experience with Service Management Tools for tracking performance metrics.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, cloud services, and IT infrastructure supporting communication and collaboration.
  • Three years of experience working in a Customer Service role.
  • Two years of experience in writing policies and procedures.

PREFERENCES:

  • ITIL certification or other relevant certifications in IT service management.
  • Relevant technical certifications for collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Cisco collaboration tools).

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This position is not eligible for telework.

SALARY: Tentative salary $59,501.61.
