WORKING TITLE: SYSTEMS PROGRAMMER II
This open competitive advertisement is for a Career Service position located at Central Office in the Office of Information Technology.
The mission of the Office of Information Technology is to deliver innovative, reliable, and secure technology solutions that support the strategic objectives and operational needs of the organization.
This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.
JOB DUTIES:
- Access Management Pro: Process access requests for onboarding, modifications, and terminations across Azure AD, Exchange, Active Directory, and custom applications using the SAR system.
- Queue Master: Monitor and manage 33 routing group queues daily, ensuring efficient processing for various departments including OIT Security, CDC Processors, and more.
- Account Specialist: Create, modify, and terminate accounts within the OBIS Mainframe, update profiles, run audits, and provide access to FDC, FCOR, and external agencies.
- Role-Based Access Expert: Assign role-based access using FDC and FCOR Application Security Managers, ensuring entitlements align with job responsibilities and segregation-of-duties standards.
- Troubleshooter and Collaborator: Troubleshoot access issues, coordinate with technical teams, maintain detailed records, support audits, and use ServiceNow to assist users with access corrections and issue resolution.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Knowledge of automated/semi-automated identity provisioning tools (e.g., SailPoint, ServiceNow, FDC ASM, FCOR ASM, FDC SAR).
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) systems, such as ServiceNow, for request tracking, documentation, and workflow approvals.
- Knowledge of account lifecycle management, including onboarding, role changes, offboarding, and periodic reviews.

BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENT
