This open competitive advertisement is for a Career Service position located at Central Office in Tallahassee, FL in the Office of Information Technology.
The mission of the Office of Technology in the Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) is to provide innovative, reliable, and secure technology solutions that support the Department's operations and enhance its efficiency.
This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.
JOB DUTIES:
- Access Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end access request lifecycle using the SAR system, supporting onboarding, modifications, and terminations across enterprise systems.
- ServiceNow Oversight: Manage request routing, fulfillment, and tracking through ServiceNow, ensuring timely processing, prioritization, and escalation of access-related communications.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the SME for account lifecycle management within OBIS Mainframe, including provisioning, profile management, and audit support.
- Role-Based Access Governance: Perform advanced validation and governance of role-based access within ASM platforms, ensuring compliance with least privilege principles.
- Identity Provisioning Optimization: Enhance identity provisioning processes using SailPoint ISC and Azure AD, including troubleshooting and workflow optimization.
- Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Work with application owners, business units, and cross-functional teams to design access roles, resolve provisioning issues, and maintain security policies.
- Audit and Compliance Support: Conduct access reviews, validate provisioning actions, and generate reports to support audit and compliance activities.
- Documentation and Process Improvement: Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge base content, and identify opportunities for process enhancements while participating in special projects and security initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must have experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Must have experience managing access request lifecycle processes using identity governance systems, provisioning tools, or structured workflows.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience using identity governance or provisioning platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Azure AD, Okta, or similar systems).
- Experience processing and managing access requests across multiple systems using defined procedures or structured workflows.
- Experience working in Active Directory.
Support of knowledge, skills, and abilities should be demonstrated on the application, in the education, in the work experience, in the work sample, in the interview and/or during reference checks.

BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENT
