Working Title: Integration Manager
This position is located at the DCF Headquarters in Tallahassee in the office of Information Technology Services
The office of Information Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Manager to join our dynamic team. The Integration Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of data integration solutions using MuleSoft as the primary integration platform. The role also includes managing additional data integration responsibilities utilizing tools such as Qlik Replicate, Microsoft Azure technologies, and Alteryx. The Integration Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of systems, data, and processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and Manage Integration Projects:
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end integration projects using MuleSoft, Qlik Replicate, Microsoft Azure technologies, and Alteryx.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with development teams, architects, and business analysts to design effective integration solutions.
- Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
2. MuleSoft Integration Management:
- Architect, design, and implement MuleSoft-based integration solutions.
- Configure and customize MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components, such as API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Anypoint Studio.
- Develop API specifications and integration workflows using MuleSoft's Anypoint Studio.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of MuleSoft integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, optimizing performance and reliability.
3. Data Integration Management:
- Utilize Qlik Replicate to create and maintain real-time data replication and synchronization processes.
- Leverage Microsoft Azure technologies, such as Azure Data Factory and Azure Logic Apps, for data ingestion, transformation, and integration.
- Utilize Alteryx to create data workflows, perform data blending, and facilitate data integration processes.
- Develop data integration strategies and data migration plans.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with data engineering and data governance teams to establish and enforce data integration standards and best practices.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead a team of integration developers and engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and quality assurance teams.
- Build strong relationships with external vendors and consultants, managing their deliverables and ensuring successful integration outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- 4 + years experience in managing IT technical teams.
- 2+ years experience in API integration, with a focus on MuleSoft or other related web service platforms.
- 2+ years experience in ELT platforms such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory.
- Strong knowledge of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API development, data mapping, and integration patterns.
- In-depth understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and other relevant integration technologies and protocols.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies for software development and integration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of basic Florida Legislative and IT processes, principles, and practices.
- knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform:
