DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Website and SharePoint Administrator to manage and maintain two organizational websites built on Ibexa DXP and support our SharePoint environment. This role helps ensure our digital platforms remain secure, accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of two Ibexa DXP websites, including content publishing and quality control
- Monitor site performance, accessibility, security, and user experience
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate technical fixes with IT or vendors
- Maintain CMS structure, navigation, workflows, user roles, and permissions
- Support new website features, design updates, and platform improvements
- Track analytics to guide content optimization and user experience decisions
- Administer SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content organization
- Assist departments with SharePoint governance, page updates, and content standards
- Support, troubleshoot, and enhance custom SharePoint lists integrated with Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and DFFS-based forms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine and expand custom solutions to optimize business processes.
- Implement SharePoint best practices for usability, information architecture, and security
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and training for website and SharePoint users
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience and understanding of managing, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint Online site collections, permissions, architecture, and governance.
- Hands-on experience with creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting Power Automate flows, Power Apps
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end troubleshooting
- Understanding of web accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint customizations and automation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience administering websites using Ibexa DXP or similar enterprise CMS
- Experience with Dynamic Forms for SharePoint (DFFS)
- Familiarity with JSON formatting, SharePoint REST API, or other integration methods.
- Experience with process improvement or business analysis.
- Knowledge of PowerShell for SharePoint administration tasks.
WORK HOURS:
Normal work hours are Monday through Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m however, working on weekends to deploy applications may occasionally be required.
