Student Intern (OPS Clerk) for the Office of Academic & Student Affairs (05071)

The student intern will assist the Office of Academic and Student Affairs staff in daily activities with the opportunity to work on various special projects.  This is an established internship program in which the intern reports to an Assistant Vice Chancellor.  The commitment is 20 hours per week between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

       Responsibilities, duties, and activities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Conduct relevant research and data analysis
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Perform office support duties including, but not limited to: drafting emails and meeting minutes, scheduling meetings and conference calls, and other duties as assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe
  • Experience with graphic design programs (e.g., Canva)
  • Prior office experience
