Position Overview and Responsibilities:

The Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) Division of People First is recruiting a skilled individual to join our team as the state’s expert for the People First system’s Talent Management modules: Learning Management, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Recruiting.

 

As the Talent Management Lead, you will help shape the future of all Talent Management functionality within the People First system. Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with state agencies to resolve Talent Management-related inquiries and issues.
  • Gathering and developing technical requirements and procedures.
  • Creating and managing project plans and testing activities (including test scripts).
  • Facilitating user acceptance training with state agencies related to Talent Management enhancements.
  • Developing training materials, communications, and desktop guides.
  • Analyzing and reporting data related to Talent Management modules.

  • Proficient in the following computer applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Access

Minimum Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a related information technology role (i.e., business analyst or functional analyst roles), who also possess a strong working knowledge of People First Talent Management processes.
