MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A high school diploma or its equivalent and one (1) year of experience in telecommunications, data processing (excluding data entry), electronics or engineering; or

Completion of a vendor supplied program of study of four (4) or more weeks in telecommunications can substitute for the one (1) year of required experience. or

Vocational/technical training in one of the areas described above can substitute at the rate of 720 classroom hours for the one (1) year of required experience; or

College education from an accredited institution can substitute at the rate of 30 semester (1 year) or 45 quarter hours (1 year) for the one (1) year of required experience provided such education includes at least two (2) courses in one (1) of the areas described above.

JOB DUTIES:

Provides help desk technical assistance to end users of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and resolves identified user hardware and software problems.

Responsible for assisting with the administration of the EDMS.

Responsible for assisting with the installation and testing of hardware and software upgrades.

Assists end users with problems associated with the division's telecommunication system and EDMS.

Works with programming staff to resolve routine problems.

Performs other work related duties.
