JOB SUMMARY:

This Administrative Assistant II position for the Tampa Service Center, performs administrative support and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with managers and coordinating with several different teams, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

 

  • Preparing agendas, notes and materials for meetings, conferences and training
  • Providing administrative support
  • Compiling reports
  • Assist with personnel paperwork
  • Processing purchases and travel
  • Assisting the Budget Coordinator

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:  

  • One year experience in higher level administrative work.*
  • Experience purchasing and/or managing supply inventories.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week) position; standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday at the Tampa Service Center.
  • This role may be eligible for part-time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency (some days working remotely, all other working days will be at the Tampa Service Center, in Hillsborough County, FL).  

SALARY: $33,759.96 - $51,051.36
