What You Will Do:
This is a unique opportunity to serve as a Practice Model Coach Field Support Consultant (FSC) in Project NorthStar, Florida’s statewide initiative to realign policy and practice. You’ll work hands-on with CPI Supervisors, Program Administrators, and Operations Managers providing one-on-one coaching and guiding them through a tailored learning program focused on safety, fidelity, and competency in the Florida Practice Model.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Coach and support CPI Supervisors and Program Administrators in real-time investigations.
- Deliver 24-48 hours of personalized coaching per participant across a 6-week cycle.
- Co-facilitate team-based fidelity reviews of closed investigations and provide individualized feedback.
- Prepare participants for competency-based assessments by identifying growth areas and strengthening practice.
- Support the five-day in-person training on the Florida Safety Practice Model.
