This position will support District Seven training and development functions.

Your Specific Responsibilities:

 

Serve as the District Seven Quality Management Dashboard administrator.  Respond to customer inquiries, facilitate/provide consultation services, and troubleshoot issues.  Review and maintain the application content, resources, and user interface.  Develop and maintain training curriculum on the functions and navigation of the application.  Review and coordinate updates and completion of corrective actions entered.  Create quarterly reports to be disseminated as needed/requested.

 

Serve as the District Seven Employee Survey administrator.  Identify and/or implement required updates to the survey platform, content, and supporting documents.  Test and troubleshoot delivery methods.  Update survey proctor information and resources and coordinate organizational updates and reporting requirements with the divisions.  Advertise, open, close, and finalize survey.  Complete analysis of results and report findings through briefing documents, presentations, and/or adhoc reports.  Respond to customer inquiries and maintain resources on accurate survey concepts, practices, and functionality. 

 

Complete special projects as assigned.  Provide support and technical assistance to all Organizational Development staff, to include assisting with maintenance and development of team SharePoint sites and internal and external websites.

 

Support District Seven training and development functions.  Develop and maintain process aides for operations within the Organizational Development Office.  Schedule and facilitate training courses, meetings, and presentations.  Coordinate procurement process for contracts/agreements. 

 

Schedule, plan, create/update materials and presentations for District Seven New Employee Orientation (NEO) meetings and trainings.  Assist the District Training and Performance Manager with managing the internship program for District Seven.

 

The Successful Candidate will have the following required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

Knowledge of:

  • Theories and practices of effective supervision, management, and leadership

 

Skills in:

  • Researching, compiling, and analyzing data to report findings and develop improvement solutions
  • Using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Use of web and mainframe applications.     

 

Ability to:

  • Provide presentations, consultation services, and training programs
  • Prioritize and complete complex work assignments
  • Research, identify, and implement innovative solutions
  • Coordinate and/or facilitate meetings, workshops, and conferences, etc.
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing with individuals and groups at all levels of an organization
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships by building collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Work independently and as a member of local and statewide teams
  • Plan, organize, prioritize and manage multiple work assignments
  • Research, gather and analyze data and report findings

 

Other Job-Related Requirements:

The incumbent of this position will be required to serve during emergency response efforts and be responsive to emergency situations within a very short timeframe.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Six years of professional or nonprofessional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering, or administrative work.  A bachelor’s degree from a college or university can substitute for four years of the described work experience.  A master’s degree can substitute for five years of the described work experience.
