Onsite position. Not eligible for teleworking. 

 

Position Type: Other Personal Service (OPS) 
Work Schedule: Fulltime, 40 hours per week. 
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST. 
Pay Rate: $16.71/hour.  DCF Salary Policy will apply. 

 

DESCRIPTION 
This position performs a variety of office administrative support functions requiring independent judgment, research, collection of information/data, preparation and maintenance of reports, and maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information. Assists with special projects and provides guidance to the administration to ensure deadlines are met and/or targets are achieved. 

 

DUTIES 
• Filing, scanning, and data entry 
• Preparing correspondence and reports 
• Scheduling and calendar coordination 
• Tracking deadlines and supporting projects 
• Providing customer service and office support

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 
• Three (3) years secretarial or clerical experience to include reviewing, evaluating, and verifying a high volume of documents for accuracy and completeness 

• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds as needed for file management, materials transport, or related tasks
