$ 34,760.00- $36,000.00 Annually $1,336.93 - $1,384.62 Bi-weekly
Position Summary
This position assists the Waiver Unit and other staff within the Medicaid waiver work stream and also coordinates with other administrative support staff within the region to ensure administrative functions are conducted timely to promote Regional operations.
The Work You Will Do
Receives all Significant Additional Needs Funding Request submissions through iBudget or the SAN email address; within 24 hours creates and saves submitted documents in a SAN folder; logs and maintains SAN tracking spreadsheet and J drive database prior to assigning to Waiver Unit Liaison responsible for SAN review. Combines final PDF document for submission to State Office. Notifies WSC when SAN is assigned and again when it is submitted to State Office.
Assist with completing Notices of Agency Action and Eligibility letters for WSCs. Research the ABC system and provide screen shots of enrollment dates and assists with typing the eligibility letter for Deputy Regional Operations Manager’s review.
Prepares travel vouchers for unit staff for reimbursement, maintains copies of all travel vouchers and returns to liaison within two days.
Processes all unit mail twice daily, including outgoing mail to Waiver Support Coordinators, APD staff and returned Medicaid Summary of Services.
Participates in staff meetings, workshops, training sessions and meetings as assigned.
Acts as back up for other Waiver clerical staff and performs other duties as assigned.
Receptionist for the office: greets and assists guests and visitors, answers phone and email inquiries within one business day of receipt and routes complex inquiries to appropriate staff for response. Mails, photocopies or faxes requested documentation, returning originals to requestor or fax/mail/file per request.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in customer service.
- High School Diploma or it’s equivalent.
Must have moderate level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Background Screening Requirement
