JOB SUMMARY:
This Operations Analyst II position performs as team member support and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy leading others and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
- Assist with performance monitoring to ensure compliance with procedures.
- Serve as the team’s subject matter expert and completes tasks related to complex and escalated projects within the Legal Services Unit.
- Assist the supervisor in training and coaching legal assistants to ensure consistent performance and development across the unit.
- Assist the unit, as needed, in processing incoming referrals to support meeting pending workload goals and ensure timely case progression.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Experience providing legal assistance in an office or court environment, reviewing and processing legal documents and/or correspondence, and communicating with case parties, court officials, clerks of court, opposing attorneys, etc.
- One year of experience in explaining complex policies and procedures with employees, partners, or public.
- One year of experience coaching, mentoring, or training others.
- One year of experience using effective communication through a variety of methods.
- One year of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
PREFERENCES:
- Preference given to candidates with Legal Service Unit experience.
SPECIAL NOTES:

- This is a full-time position, standard workday of 8am – 5pm, Monday through Friday.
- This role is eligible for part-time telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.

SALARY: $41,517.24 - $55,115.04 / annually
